A Peek At My Weekend

We got back home late yesterday from our weekend in
Stillwater, Oklahoma at son Todd's home. Todd's daughter
Mandy, lives in Germany. She came home with her 6 month
old daughter Amy, to visit. This is Todd and Lori's first gran
and our first great-gran! Son Marty and his family, as well
as daughter Melanie and her family and their Aunt Willa Dean
and Uncle Gus also came to see Mandy and Amy Suzanne.....

This is Todd and Lori's home in Stillwater...............
A view from the circle drive....

A closer view...................

Todd built this wishing well.............I want one!

Three of my four grandsons, the oldest Christopher is
in the Army Reserves and had duty over the weekend.

Four of my five granddaughters. Jenny was still asleep!

Mandy takes a " Mommy break".............

While my baby girl Melanie and her baby girl Molly,
stroll Mandy's baby girl Amy.....................

Son Todd is firing up the grill for hot dogs and bratwurst

While son Marty lifeguards and keeps pool clean!

I love this pool......................

The Dolphins spew water and it also runs down
the waterfall between them............

Grandson Hunter(Marty's) waits for his turn..

To ride in this this......His sister Taylor and
Melanie's son Kohl do not want to give it up!

Paw Paw and Nana relax by the pool with the babes!

These are a few of the 147 pictures on MY camera......
On "someone 's" camera, there are pictures of me with all
my children, all my grandchildren and some of Todd, Mandy,
Amy and me, four generations...........
We had a wonderful time with all the children but I'm
happy to be home, the dogs are very happy to have us
back home and I'm looking forward to catching up with
all of you!!!

Looks like the reunion was a huge success, Carol. What a gorgeous home and pool, and what a beautiful family. Bet the precious babes enjoyed Nana and Paw Paw's lap.

You know, I can't belive that your a great grandma, either. But I bet you enjoy that honor!

Thanks for sharing some of the fun. Now it's time for a little rest, then back to the garden, eh?

Have a great rest of the week.

Hugs,

Renie

You have a beautiful family and your son's home looks quite nice as well. I'm sure you loved spending time with everyone. You and hubby look very content.

I'm telling everyone that while I don't have any plans to go anywhere this summer, I am planning to take a 'Grammacation.' The first part of which starts this week. My family in Huntsville is coming down and we are taking the grands to the zoo. The next day will be spent with my daughter and her son. Later this summer I'm taking a few days to babysit my Texas crowd while their parents have a little get away.

What a lovely home and great pictures.

Thanks for stopping by to see me. I haven't been blogging long and doing it for fun.

I have been fortunate to have a small following of outstanding writers from which to hone my skills.

I read your bio; you notice we have a common love: football, but different teams. However, I watch all pro football I can, regardless of who is playing.

Some of us Southerners have a saying, that when a person moves to the South, you never hear of any of 'em moving North.
