I will certainly be putting this book on my 'to read' list. I always curl up by the fire on long winter days to catch up on my to read list.

I cannot rave loud enough about this book. There's a reason it's at the top of the New York Times Bestseller List. I agree wholeheartedly! Good pick!

How can I resist? Okay, I'm off to Amazon - thanks for tipping me the nod. Smile.

Still waiting for my copy. Just checked the library on the computer and I am only one reader away on the hold list.

I read The Help in part because of your review. It was one of my favorite summer reads, and a book I'm telling everyone to read. So glad she's getting much-deserved recognition for this amazing story.

My friend just told me about this book tonight. How interesting. She's giving it to me next. (She is also a Mississippi girl.)

My husband enjoyed The Help, also.

Any time you go this long without a new blog post, I wonder what in the world you're up to!

Could you tell a difference between the freshly laid eggs and store-bought? Not as watery, I'll bet. When I used to buy eggs from local farmer, I was a whiz at meringues. With store bought, not so much.

Hope you're doing something fun. Serious reading binge?
