" ROXIE "

I finally got to go and pick up Roxie yesterday afternoon! It was so sweet when they handed her to me! She laid her head on my shoulder as if to say; " you did come back for me".

Before I show you the pics of the "dogkids " getting acquainted, I want to show you Hubby's progress on the greenhouse so far..............

It has two work tables/plant benches.................

Ok Mom, this toe tastes pretty good........

Yes, it does...........

I like this chin rest too............

WOW ! Look at all this room to roam!

I took these next two from inside the porch through the screen..........

There was a whole lot of smelling going on.............

More smelling..............

Spread out everybody and collect your thoughts about this new addition!

I think Patch has decided he likes the new kid!

We took a stroll in the chicken coop. Roxie paid the chickens no mind but the the chickens had themselves a clucking pow-wow over in the corner. I believe I heard Oscar say;
" it's the color of a Skunk but that smell isn't there".

Hey Mom, I think this bed will do fine for the night!

Oh........we did indeed have a gorgeous Sunset too!

HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND EVERYONE !! :)

I am glad all the kids are getting along. It is a great feeling to rescue a dog and give it a good home.

Poor baby! She's home, and soon will forget her woes. A greenhouse on the horizon will keep you both busy.

Such a sweet baby. It is wonderful all the kids are getting along so well. Roxie being a puppy sure helps.
That feeling when she nestled into your arms I have felt many time from the dogs I found. It is like they are saying, "Finally I don't have to be alone anymore". Bless you.

Roxie's home!!!!!!!! Yay!!!!

She is such a lucky girl. It looks like she's socially adept, acting fairly meek for the sake of your pack. That's so good - she'll figure out how to fit in and flourish, I'm sure!

Could you send your husband to my house next? I've been dying for a greenhouse!

Oh, sometimes the decision is such a right one! I'm so happy for you. And very jealous of your greenhouse.

Oh, I love Roxie, too. She has hit the jackpot--critters to herd (I wonder if the Peeks will have any part of that or if she'll have to settle for cows) and a loving home.

I predict that you have a new shadow. She looks ready to devote herself to protecting her new mama.

Good choice!

Roxie is really cute! I love her sweet face. When we brought Wally home he was so totally overwhelmed with his big yard that he just flattened out ... HA! Now it's the best running area imaginable, and round and round he goes ... SO silly!

I would love a greenhouse and although it's been discussed many times one has yet to appear. Maybe your husband could stop by here on his way to KB's?

ps re: massages I am constantly shocked at the people who are covered for massages by their health plans and don't get them - they don't know what they're missing obviously - I love them.

I'm so glad Roxie is finally home, where she will be loved and cared for.

We had torrentail rain last night and this morning, and still going on, so no visible sunsets or sunrises around here. But yours is so pretty!

Happy weekend!

Hugs,

Renie xox

Welcome to the Murdock Farm, Roxie. You are one lucky puppy!!!!!! Glad the other doggies checked Roxie out really good. And even the chickens welcomed him.

Love your new greenhouse, Carol... Can't wait to see all of the 'pretties' which will come out of there next spring.

Hugs,
Betsy

Oh, who couldn't be happy there! She appears to be a very sweet dog.

Seems you and your husband both are doing what you enjoy. How important is that!

I think she'll be a wonderful working dog, they are so intelligent.
The greenhouse is coming along nicely, can't wait until it's finished, once you get working in there, we'll probably never hear from you again :)
Great pictures Carol, as always.
