I'll be spending 10 days in Foscoe ( which is between Boone and Banner Elk) seeing the sites with my friend NC mountain author Peggy Poe Stern!

Plan to visit all the shops!
We are going to Valle Crucis to the Mast General Store.............

Can't wait to get to the Blue Ridge Mountains!!!!
Before I go, I want you to see my latest blooms...... Yellow Angel Trumpets

Tropicana Rose............
Holly Hocks..........

I'll be back September 2nd with LOTS of pictures............XOXOXO

I grew up in Boone, so I know what a treat is in store for you. Back then there was only one Mast Store and that was the one in Valle Crusis. You will love St. John's Church. I was lucky enough to hear a performance there. The acoustics are unbelievable.

Have a safe journey. I'm looking forward to walking down memory lane via your photographs.
