"Not OZ - But A Magical Life Still"

Who doesn't love the movie " The Wizard of Oz " ? What a magical life these friends lived on the screen before our eyes discovering the REAL meaning of life! No, Mississippi is not OZ. Swiftwater Farm is not OZ ...............

And No, my name isn't Dorothy....but I still live a magical life. Yesterday across this country and around the world via a magical thing called the Internet, a magical chain of prayer was formed around me and today as I prepare to go for an MRI....I feel the magic!

The same magic I feel when I see a scene like this one from the Appalachian sky!

The same magic I feel when I get an Award from someone who thinks I deserve recognition!
( I am ashamed to say I forgot who gave me this and if it was you, please tell me?)

The magic I feel when I see a beautiful book such as these!

Or see the magic of these baby birds waiting for mom to feed them!

Magic! These guys are pure, sweet magic to me!

Growing and loving each other..........

Sleeping flat on their fat little backs like their Daddy! MAGICAL!

Magical! Tomatoes, onions, peppers, cabbage and spices turn into to delicious Chow/Chow

Cucumbers, onions and spices make a magical side dish to meals! Magic in a jar!
( that box, is full of ripe tomatoes)

Magical that I can make and share this bounty with family and friends! Magic from the earth!

Thank you for your prayers, concern and personal stories shared on yesterday's post!
I am expecting it to work MAGIC today !

Just reading thru yesterday's comment section in response to your prayer request---I've prayed for others and considered it a priviledge. Recently I asked a dear friend to pray for me--what a humbling and comforting experience.

Oh, those puppies sleeping on their backs! The most adorable sight! Apple sleeps on her back as well, which is deliciously funny since she is such a big dog.

Yes, count me in! I am praying today!

Oh Carol, you have been going through this and you thought of me and not being able to get into my blog. I'm sorry I didn't get over here sooner. I read the previous post and the comments.

I'm so sorry that you have to go through this but your advice to me about this same problem is still true. (After two mammograms, I'm going for a sonogram next month.) It probably won't be anything...and early detection is important.

You're doing everything you need to so when you get the information...specifically...whatever it is we can talk about creating the kind of visualization that will be the most effective, if you like. (Please, forgive my forwardness...it is respectfully intended.)

I'm sending you love, surrounding you in love, and lifting you and your abundant heart...so that you may continue to feel peace, celebrate your life, and saturate yourself in healing energy. <3

Life is magical, Carol, for all of us who keep a good attitude about life around us. I hope no matter what the results are today of your MRI--that you will still think of life as being magical. We all just need to look at the positive things in our lives.

Love and Prayers,
Betsy

There is something about humans that makes us come together and join hands to raise a church, throw a wedding, pray for our friends. We are here and sending you good vibes and heart-felt prayers.

Waiting is tough though, isn't it?! I know your name isn't Dorothy, but I'm betting it isn't Patience, either.

I'm singing along with you. . .
